A fresh leak from Genshin Impact suggests a potential
release date for the anticipated Fatui Harbinger, Arlecchino, who will be
joining the game. The main region of the HoYoverse RPG is set to debut in just
a few weeks, but fans have already been given a sneak peek at a number of
future characters. Lyny, Lynette, Navia, Hydro Archon Furina, and other recent
additions were showcased in the Fontaine teaser trailer. The most recent leak
now provides a possible release date for the lead character.
The Fatui's Harbingers have been established as the game's
main enemies throughout its overarching plot from Genshin Impact's release in
late 2020. The storylines for the territory that already exists in the game are
frequently led by the top echelons of the Snezhnaya-based organization, with
several of them later being playable. Others like Signora and Dottore have made
appearances as antagonistic NPCs, while Tartaglia and Wanderer have already
been included to the game's cast. One of the most eagerly awaited Harbingers is
now supposedly going to debut during Fontaine's cycle.
The anticipated release date for Fontaine's Fatui Harbinger
has been disclosed in a fresh update released by famed Genshin Impact leaker
Tao via another leaker Keika. The release date of The Harbinger, which is
widely thought to be Arlecchino, has apparently been pushed until the first
half of 2024 because it is intended for the Fontaine cycle's second half. The
report also implies that Arlecchino's kit might include aesthetic components
from the Natlan, a location with Pyro-themed architecture, which is supposed to
replace Fontaine. Arlecchino hasn't yet been seen in-game in Genshin Impact;
only animated trailers have included him.
Despite the fact that Arlecchino hasn't yet made an
appearance in a game, fans are eagerly anticipating her release because the
character has been in numerous trailers. The secret group's members were
originally introduced by The Harbinger in the "Winter Night's Lazzo"
teaser. Due to Arlecchino's prominent placement in the aforementioned Fontaine
teaser, it was also presumably revealed that she will play a large part in the
plot of the Fontaine region. If Arlecchino does not join the cast, previous rumors
and leaks had also suggested that fellow Fatui Harbinger Sandrone would perhaps
end up being a playable character.
Arlecchino will be the third member of the Fatui to join the game's roster, and like the previous member, he is scheduled to make his debut later in the Fontaine cycle. The former Scaramouche, now renamed as Wanderer, made his playable debut in Genshin Impact during Version 3.3 and rapidly rose to the top of the list of the game's most popular new characters. After appearing in both Inazuma and Mondstadt, Wanderer would play a significant part in the Sumeru tale. The ultimate inclusion of Arlecchino in the game will probably aim for success comparable to that of her Fatui peers.
Genshin Impact is now accessible via mobile, PS4, and PC
platforms. A Switch version is being worked on.
